What the design-partner form records

Name, work email, company, role, qualification answers, optional marketing consent, and a limited attribution snapshot such as the landing URL, referrer, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers.

We do not request artwork, customer records, job files, raw IP addresses, or access to live shop systems through this site.

Responses are used to assess design-partner fit, follow up about a workflow mapping session, and understand which outreach led to a submission. Marketing updates are sent only when separately requested.

PhysCo stores the durable lead record. Resend delivers operational email such as submission alerts, OpenPanel provides privacy-limited behavioral analytics, and Cal.com handles scheduling for qualified requests.

The site also loads the Google tag (gtag.js) to measure how our advertising performs. Google may set cookies for that measurement; see Google’s privacy policy for how it processes this data.
